Courage, sacrifice, determination, commitment, toughness, heart, talent, and guts all take “Intense Concentration”. When you concentrate, when you are “in the zone” you are filtering out other possible objects of attention. This ensures your maximum cognitive resources are available for the task at hand.

Mental Toughness is Self-Will. It’s when you have a willful adherence to your own ideas or desires and are standing firm, with conviction, to your own thoughts, focus and beliefs.

And the only way you get it, is by doing. The only way you keep it, is by practicing. Practicing again and again. Why? Because today average is over. Average people, businesses and players don’t win. Champions win. And they keep winning.


Maintaining focused attention is as rare as it is difficult.
And, it is a learned behavior.

One of the simple secrets to my success, as a mental conditioning coach, is my acute understanding and personal application of “unconscious consciousness” – embracing a creative mechanism known as flow. As your coach, I will teach you how to call it up, capture and evoke it in your state, so you can be in the zone whenever you desire. I will customize Can Do/Will Do exercises that allow you to embrace that feeling of success, again and again.
