Conflict Resolution & Mediation Services

“If there is conflict, there is disfunction” ~ Ida

Disagreements in the workplace are inevitable. “Why can’t we all get along?” ask many teams and families. Sometimes, the conflict is just within you because you are in cognitive dissonance.

My Conflict Resolution services provide a “SOLVE” to your issues or problems. I have an innate gift, as a visual intuitive person, to look beyond your conflict, incident, disruptive behavior, or anger so you can get on the other side of it. My proven methods will get you quickly through the pain, ugliness and drama going on in your life.

When you are done with your drama, you want to move on and stop any angst you might have, please contact me. Send an email to with a brief insight into your situation and what is going on.

Upon review of your email, I will send a response and coordinate a time for the 30-minute intake session. During this session, I will ask probing questions to assess if my services are a good fit for you and your situation. There is no charge for the intake session. Upon agreement, and before we move forward; I will prepare a perspective on your conflict and tender a “SOLVE” assessment including the estimated sessions, or time, needed to resolve your issue.

Base rate for Conflict Resolution: $125.00/hour.

Mediation is an informal and flexible dispute resolution process. The role of a mediator, is to guide the parties toward their own resolution. I specialize in Contract Law and as your mediator, I will read and review the agreement being disputed, and interview the parties that are disputing it. I will carry messages – offers, counter offers, questions, demands, and proposals – between both sides to help the parties move closer to resolution. I cannot and will not give legal advice while in the role of a mediator.

As an active neutral party, I will listen to resolve the disagreement. I will then recommend the most acceptable course of action. The merits of that action will come from the ideas, options, and perspectives developed after I have heard from each side. The goal, at the end of mediation, is to have created a win/win that results in the parties shaking hands in agreement. And if needed, I will provide a written agreement, to be signed by all parties, so they can amend the contract being disputed.

Base rate for Mediation: $200.00/hour.
