What makes you different?

The reality is in today's world - odd man or women, out - is in. Ask yourself, What makes you different? What makes you better then most, stronger - elite? What strength do you have that most have not mastered? You need to know.

You need to differentiate yourself or you can not survive. Specifically with your performance. Good is no longer good enough. Just Do It - is no longer enough, you need to keep it going. It is a must that people know you can do it again, and again, what ever "it" is - that you have the ability and skill level to prevail time and time again.

To understand this you also need to understand your motivational climate. Things like Self - Talk, Language Patterns and Coping Skills, that will keep you going and doing your best. Concentration and physical skill are effective in improving your performance. Competence and Integrity are principles you must have to execute in competitive situations time after time.

The days come - and they do for all of us, when we feel we just don't have it. You just don't have what you need - those are the days you have to give it everything you have got.

As Tiger Woods says, "I don't care what kind of game you have, you somehow try to find a way to get it done." - I agree. Do you do this? You need to. And knowing what makes you different supports the process. Focus on that and WIN more often.

What Clients are Saying

  • I came to Ida with many years experience in my industry, but having been removed from it for a few years I need coaching. Within the first few months of returning to the business, Ida's coaching and support established me as a Top Producer for her company.

I have since gone into teaching and use Ida's coaching strategies on a daily basis. They not only help me to get the outcome I want with my students. I have had several opportunities to share her ideas with my students so that they can succeed in the class room and in life.

Ida's dedication to her student's success always goes above and beyond.
