"The mindset of mental toughness is to learn continually, listen intentionally, look expansively and live completely". ~Ida
What Does Your Mind Have To Do With Your Game?

What does your mind have to with your golf game? Everything!
Einstein made a famous statement about how the same level of thinking that got your where you’re at, is not going to get you where you need to go. Once we realize this we can make change for progress.
The ability to change your thoughts –you’re thinking; puts you in charge of you. It allows you to create the change you need right now and in the future. Your thoughts are actions that become things in life and on the golf course. You get what you focus on and your focus comes from self-talk in your mind known as thoughts. So why not think about how you want it to be or how you want something to work out = end, resolve or the result you want, so then you can go get it.
It is a known fact that we cannot “knowingly” choose what is not good for us. The ability to choose what is best for us takes courage and should measured by courage. The more courageous you choose to be – the greater the possibility you will have to make change for progress in you golf game and in your life! It takes courage to be a tournament player, and it takes courage to win. You must choose to think like a winner and that feeling comes from your language. You must think and then you will feel as though your outcomes are already accomplished or your prayer is already answered. Believing from knowing makes it so!
“As it is written so shall it be done” also means it was a thought first, written - then acted upon.
Your mind, your thoughts are the driving force of your nature and your human experience. What does your mind have to do with your golf experience? Everything! So keep it going . .
