"In order to make the "Main Event' in your life you need mental toughness, - It will keep you from from being caught up in the mundane".~Ida
How Do YOU Get Back in the Present? What do you do to get back in "State", The Zone, The NOW?
How do I Get Back in the Present?
How do I get back in “state, the zone – the
NOW? ...I would love to know what you do, be or create. What do you say to yourself?
As for I, I do it in a heartbeat. I do it at a blink of an eye with a new thought! "I am worthy, I am more then this!" Up time, real time - in the now, this is how I win".
Thoughts become things. It was first a thought and then an action. Emotion creates motion. Whatever we think, we do, be and create, to get out of the state and pull ourselves out of the present. And we must do the same to get back in the now, our present, a real time, now state for being our best.
If I am taken out of the present with a thought, then I must have access to a thought, a new thought, to get back in state right? Something to think about!
It is first a thought and then an action - and the cause of our feelings are not other peoples behaviors. They cause of our feelings are from our own beliefs, our thoughts.
This is mental conditioning. It takes mental conditioning to break the unconscious resistance pattern that perpetuates the situation.
Being in the now, the present – is the demeanor of a champion. “In the heat of the battle, great champions don’t get nervous, they get excited”, says Bobby Clampett.
To stay clear, to be in the zone, means you have learned to be patient in the presence of chaos. In sports, momentum switches sides with whiplash speeds. If the stimuli is distributing we must be able to recognize it intellectually, however we do not have to respond to it emotionally. OVER RESPONSE is a bad habit and creates resistance. It is a pattern for some, and it is one that can be cured with mental conditioning.
A champion is the one who best absorbs the dynamics of the change and gets control of their thoughts, and in mere seconds devises the best response. People who are in touch with their thoughts, their emotions are those who are creative with their thoughts and emotions and they are champions who do not struggle.
So what do you do for mental conditioning?
Do you have the mindset of a Champion?
Put it into to words. I would love to hear from you, help support you to win and have more fun!
