Ida Centoni is an expert Mental Conditioning Coach. Her no-nonsense approach to getting in shape, mentally speaking, breaks you free of negative thought patterns so you can have a working mindset for peak performance.

Ida holds recognition for the completion of Professional Sport Psychology for Peak Performance at Ashworth Career School at Ahsworth University and earned her Certification for Mediation from The Center for Mediation in Law in Marin Country, California. She is also a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming), and with a passion for golf, Ida has a Level One Teaching Certificate of Golf Fundamentals from the USGTF in Florida.

Ida has worked as staff, logistics & production, and as a trainer for Anthony "Tony" Robbins at his live events. She is also a graduate of Mr. Robbins Life Mastery, Trainer and Leadership Academies in San Diego, California.
